TEMPLE B. INGRAM, JR.

TEMPLE INGRAM  (Barron & Newburger, P.C.) received his B.A. in Physical Sciences from Harvard University  in 1971, and his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1979. He is licensed in the States of Texas and New Mexico, and he is also admitted before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Western District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, and the District of New Mexico.

Mr. Ingram's practice focuses on commercial litigation and debtor-creditor matters.*  He has served as an attorney of record in the following reported cases:

    Kinerd v. Colonial Leasing Co., 800 S.W.2d 187 (Tex. 1990)

    Community Initiatives, Inc. v. Chase Bank of Texas, N.A., 153 S.W.3d 270 (Tex. App. - El Paso 2004, no pet.).

    Cox, Colton, Stoner, Starr & Co., P.C. v. Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, 672 S.W.2d 282 (Tex. App.--El Paso 1984)

    Salem v. American Bank of Commerce, 717 S.W.2d 948 (Tex. App.—El Paso 1986)

    Rayos v. Chrysler Credit Corp., 683 S.W.2d 546 (Tex. App.—El Paso 1985)

Immediately before joining Barron & Newburger, P.C. Mr. Ingram was a partner in Crowson & Ingram, in El Paso, Texas.  From 1979 to 1981, he clerked for the Honorable William S. Sessions, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
